Water Base Release Agents

CHEMSIL is a semi-permanent, water-based mould release agent designed for virtually all rubber compound and clear rubber compound as well as sulfur cured EPDM, NBR, NR, SBR, Butyl Rubber and other compound that require an external mould release. CHEMSIL adheres to mould surfaces and provides multiple releases with virtually non transfer to moulded parts and leaves no build up on the moulds when applied according to instructions.

Solvent Base Release Agents

CHEMTEK Mould Release MR-160 is a semi-permanent, solvent-based, ready to use multiple release systems designed for moulding operations when non-transfer of release agent, high temperature stability, and abrasion resistance of release film are important. CHEMTEK MR-160 adheres to mould surfaces and provides multiple releases with virtually non transfer to moulded parts and leaves no build up on the moulds when applied according to instructions.

Antistick / Antitack Coatings

CHEMSIL is an eco friendly antitack agent for the treatment of uncured rubber sheets /granules /strips during storage before used for downstream processing. CHEMSIL is available in liquid form and because of its high efficiency, guarantees a high economical use or concentration is adjusted as per end user's requirement.

Non Silicone Spray

CHEMSIL is anon silicone spray. This is used as a mould release agent where post moulding operations such as painting, plating, embossing, hot foil stamping, screen or pad printing are required.

Mould Cleaning Chemicals

MC166+ is a heavy-duty system for the cleaning of metal moulds or similar objects. As a cleaning agent, it is extremely efficient in removing various deposits of polyester and epoxy resins, all oils, dust/dirt, waxes, greases, moisture and polyurethane.

Cleaner MC166+ is a combination of high-potency solvents all of which are active and penetrating.

Application fields:

Cleaner MC166+ can be generally used for removing deposits of epoxy, polyester, phenolic resins, wax, grease, oil, dust/dirt, rubber and release agent. Even at room temperature very good results are obtained. However, Cleaner MC166+ is especially suitable for the cleaning of hot moulds because of its high boiling range.

Mould Protective Coatings

CHEMSIL is a quick drying composition to provide long term protection against rust and corrosion. Semi dry film is capable of being handled and is resistant to abrasion. It is heavy duty rust proofing composition for protection of machined parts, sheeting, tubing, engine parts, moulds, dies offshore rings, marine equipments such as ballast tanks, anchors, etc. The period of protection depends upon climate and storage conditions.

Silicone Compound / Grease

CHEMSIL IS A general purpose high quality smooth calcium base greases with excellent properties it is recommended for universal joint, slow speed wheel bearings, plain bearing chasis, fittings, etc.

High Temperature Grease

CHEMSIL is a high speed grease protects against wear and overheating even at high speeds, for superior part life span and extended re-lubrication intervals. Fortified with extreme pressure anti wear additives as well as corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. Non toxic/safe, water resistant, chemical resistance, wide speed and temperature range, suitable for valve lubrication, ball and roller bearings.
